Description
This energizing beetroot juice and chia seeds drink supports heart health, boosts energy, and aids digestion naturally.
Ingredients
2 medium fresh beets
1 tbsp chia seeds
1.5 cups water (for soaking)
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 small piece ginger (optional)
1/2 cup cold water or almond milk (to blend)
Instructions
1. Soak chia seeds in 1.5 cups water for 15–20 minutes.
2. Wash and peel the beets. Cut into chunks.
3. Juice the beetroot using a juicer or blend and strain.
4. Mix the beet juice with lemon juice and ginger.
5. Stir in the soaked chia seeds.
6. Serve immediately, or chill for up to 24 hours.
Notes
Drink on an empty stomach in the morning for best results.
Avoid adding sugar to retain health benefits.
Store in airtight container if not drinking fresh.
