Description
Golden biscuit bombs stuffed with juicy cheeseburger filling and brushed with garlic-parmesan butter—perfect for snacks, meals, or parties.
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
2 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp grated parmesan
Salt to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet.
2. Brown ground beef in a skillet, season with garlic powder and salt, then drain.
3. Flatten each biscuit round to about 3 inches.
4. Spoon beef and cheese into center, fold and seal edges.
5. Place seam-side down on baking sheet.
6. Mix butter, garlic powder, and parmesan; brush on bombs.
7. Bake 12–15 minutes until golden.
8. Brush with more garlic butter and serve warm.
Notes
You can freeze baked bombs and reheat later.
Try bacon, jalapeños, or mozzarella for variations.
Great for dipping in ranch, ketchup, or marinara.
