Simple homemade guava jam recipe without pectin, rich tropical flavor, easy to prepare at home.
Ingredients

2 lbs ripe guavas
2 cups sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup water
Instructions
1. Wash and chop guavas into chunks.
2. Simmer guavas and water until soft.
3. Mash and strain to remove seeds.
4. Combine strained pulp with sugar and lemon juice.
5. Cook until thickened to jam consistency.
Notes
Use fully ripe guavas for best flavor.
Store in sterilized jars.
Refrigerate after opening.
