Ingredients
2 tbsp dried hibiscus petals
4 cups filtered water
1 tbsp honey or agave (optional)
1 lemon, sliced
Fresh mint leaves (optional)
Instructions
1. Bring water to a boil and remove from heat.
2. Add dried hibiscus petals and steep for 10 minutes.
3. Strain into a pitcher and discard petals.
4. Add lemon slices and honey (if using).
5. Chill in refrigerator and serve with mint leaves.
Notes
Best enjoyed within 3–5 days. You can adjust sweetness or add other infusions like ginger or pineapple.
