Description

Recreate Red Lobster’s Crabfest seafood boil with snow crab, shrimp, sausage, and bold garlic butter seasoning all in one pot!


Ingredients

2 lbs snow crab legs

1 lb jumbo shrimp (shell on)

12 oz smoked sausage, sliced

1 lb red potatoes, halved

4 ears corn on the cob, cut

1 lemon, sliced

5 garlic cloves, minced

1 cup unsalted butter

2 tbsp Old Bay seasoning

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)

Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

1. Bring a large pot of water or seafood stock to boil.

2. Add potatoes and cook for 10 minutes.

3. Add corn and sausage; cook 5 minutes more.

4. Add crab legs and shrimp; boil 5–7 minutes.

5. Drain and pour contents onto tray or table.

6. In separate pan, melt butter with garlic, lemon juice, and seasoning.

7. Pour garlic butter over seafood or serve on side.

Notes

Serve with crusty bread and lemon wedges.

Leftovers can be refrigerated up to 2 days.

Steam to reheat—avoid microwaving.
